Terms of sale
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern the purchase and use of subscriptions to Suzzly, an online platform for creating, scheduling and publishing social media content, published by BUDEASE, a French SAS with a share capital of €1,000, Lyon Trade Register 978 886 588, 20 rue Jules Verne, 69003 Lyon, France ("Suzzly", "we"). Contact: contact@suzzly.com.
They apply to every customer, business or consumer ("you"). Any subscription implies acceptance of these Terms, given by ticking the box at checkout. The Terms in force on the subscription date apply.
2. Plans and account
Suzzly offers a limited free plan and paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Agency) whose features, monthly quotas (content generations, posts, brands, users) and prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. The free plan includes a total number of posts and generations; once used up, the account remains viewable but can no longer publish, schedule or generate without a paid subscription.
Using the service requires an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (or US dollars depending on your region), all taxes included. Payment is made by card through our provider Stripe; Suzzly never has access to your card details. An invoice is issued for every payment and remains available in your billing area.
We may change our prices. Any increase is notified to you at least 30 days before it applies to your subscription, at the next renewal; you may cancel before then.
4. Term, renewal and plan changes
Subscriptions run for one month or one year, as you choose, paid in advance. They renew automatically for the same period at the current price unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
You may change plans at any time. The change takes effect immediately and the amount is prorated over the remaining period, on the next invoice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep the plan until then, after which the account returns to the free plan. Except for the right of withdrawal (section 6) or where the law provides otherwise, the current period is not refunded, not even pro rata.
If a payment fails, it is retried and access is kept in the meantime. If payment still fails, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan.
We may suspend or close an account for serious breach of these Terms (including unlawful use, fraud or harm to the service), after a formal notice that remains unanswered, except in an emergency.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason, by writing to contact@suzzly.com. As the service is available immediately, by subscribing you expressly request that it start before that period ends. If you withdraw, you are refunded within 14 days, less an amount proportional to the service provided until withdrawal.
This right does not apply to business customers.
7. Promotional offers and beta discount
Promotional offers are valid under the conditions and for the period stated when published, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Accounts that took part in the beta get a discount of about 20% on their subscription for 12 months from the first payment; for an annual subscription, it covers the first year. The discount is granted once per account; it is kept when changing plans, without extending or restarting the 12-month period, including after cancelling and subscribing again. After that period, the current price applies. The offer is valid for any subscription taken out before the end of the beta program announced on the website.
8. Use of the service and content
You remain the owner of the content you upload and of the content generated for you. AI-generated content may contain errors: it is up to you to check it before publishing, and you alone are responsible for what is published on your accounts. You agree not to use Suzzly to distribute unlawful content or in breach of the rules of the connected social networks.
Each plan's quotas reflect normal use; automated or abusive use aimed at getting around them may lead to suspension of the account.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Publishing depends on third-party social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X…), whose outages or rule changes are beyond our control.
Towards business customers, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage, capped at the amounts paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights consumers have under the law.
10. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. Material changes are notified to you by email at least 30 days before they take effect; you may cancel before then.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, please contact us first at contact@suzzly.com to seek an amicable solution. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge and bring a claim before any court the law allows. For business customers, the courts of Lyon have exclusive jurisdiction.
